Ian Wood — Founder

I am a senior procurement and commercial transformation leader with over 20 years’ experience supporting organisations through growth, change, and increasing complexity.

My background spans highly regulated and operationally critical environments, including defence, nuclear, utilities, infrastructure, manufacturing, and the public sector. I specialise in procurement transformation, process and performance optimisation, governance design, and systems implementation, with a strong focus on proportionality.

I work alongside leadership teams to simplify complexity, stabilise performance, and embed sustainable improvement — focusing on what will genuinely add value, not generic best practice.
