What 5 Rights does

5 Rights offers a modular range of advisory and diagnostic services. Every engagement is founder-led, context-driven and focused on outcomes — not activity.

Some organisations need clarity before they can act. Others need targeted intervention to fix what is not working. Some need both.

5 Rights works across the full advisory spectrum — from short diagnostic conversations that surface the real problem, through to structured improvement programmes that deliver lasting change. The right starting point depends entirely on where the organisation is and what leadership needs to decide next.

All engagements begin with understanding. None begin with a predetermined answer.

How engagements work

5 Rights engagements are modular by design. Some clients need only diagnostic clarity and a clear set of priorities. Others require sustained advisory support or targeted delivery. The engagement model flexes to fit the need — not the other way around.

All work is founder-led. Where specialist depth is required, Ian draws on a trusted network of senior associates with relevant sector and subject matter experience. Every client relationship, from first conversation to final output, remains under Ian's direct oversight.

All engagements follow the same five-step sequence — from context framing through to a prioritised roadmap.
